The invention relates to processes for the purification of gas from hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide by absorption of a liquid absorber.
The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of enrichment of gas with hydrogen sulfide and simplify the process.
The method is carried out as follows.
The feed gas containing and CO enters the lower part of the absorber, which has 25 plates, where the absorbent is fed. Unabsorbed gases are supplied to the consumer.
